Dog owners pick up after their pets. No trashy music being played throughout the day and night if you work from home. As i work from home that is a deal breaker for me.

Visitor 1y ago. Great place for families with small children, pet friendly. We walk with our kids and dog at night and feel completely comfortable and safe. So many amenities nearby and access to highways and shopping! This neighborhood is truly a gem! Scottsdale living without the overpriced tag.

I don't let my children roam freely in the area. There are parts in Paradise Valley that seem safe, just be mindful. Cat owners never walk their cats. But I have never been. Great neighborhood with some friendly folks. This location is close to very good schools. People I know with dogs treat their dogs as family. The only real negative for dogs are walking them, especially during the summer!
