This is a two year program that can be completed in four semesters. Classes are held at both locations with the Palm Desert Campus offering distance learning.

The Masters program provides an advanced setting for studies to obtain their Master of Science in Nursing MSN in any of the following areas below. They must also present proof of competency and have the required GPA to enter the program. This is hybrid program. Throughout the program they will be trained about the vital aspects of leadership to better prepare them for leadership roles in the health care sector. Nursing is grounded in theory and research that directs and validates clinical practice decisions and actions and generates knowledge for practice. The Creative Writing professors are stellar: Published writers, all--an eclectic, interesting and knowledgeable group of individuals who do more than teach The special topic courses reflecting the off-the-beaten-path interests of the professor's offered are exceptional. For example, I spent an entire quarter delving into vampires!

Vampires in modern fiction CSUSB professor's keep things very interesting with workshops, topic courses and general courses, as well. I left with a world greatly expanded They can change a life! Amanda Elizabeth Boucher. The Kinesiology program was very well done and had a variety of classes and teachers. The Anatomy and Physiology Class was difficult but the labs were extremely helpful due to the use of cadavers and fake bones.

The professors were always there to help you more, if you felt stuck on a certain topic and they were also very patient. I also appreciated the onsite internship programs they offered which helped put the new skills we learned to the test. There is a vast amount of educational opportunities presented on campus to learn new skills to advance in a career of my choice.

Overall, I would highly recommend this school to anybody wishing to pursue higher education. This institution has countless of programs and opportunities for student success. During the summer incoming freshmen students attend an orientation that is a two day, overnight experience in which they are provided with a dorm, assistance with registering for fall classes, a campus tour, and introduction to on-campus clubs and organizations.

Personally, I became involved with the Student Assistance in Learning SAIL Program and have taken advantage of the advising services, Saturday studying before finals week, and access to adjunct courses. The adjunct courses helped me tremendously because a SAIL instructor would sit in the lecture I was enrolled in. The adjunct instructor would take notes and would provide scheduled lecture reviews and assistance with homework and test preparation. The campus also provided me with an opportunity to work on-campus through the Work Study office.

Being an on-campus student assistant allowed me to further network with staff and faculty. A huge takeaway from this campus experience is that if you are willing to ask, someone is more than happy to help! I am looking to further my education in Student College Personal and Administration work all because of the time spent in my undergrad working with fellow students.
